From 24 to 28 August 2025, the Hôtel Le Crêt in Morzine invites you to enjoy a unique culinary experience based on the theme of Tendance Snacking. In a warm atmosphere, combining alpine nature and modern gourmet delights, discover how sweet and savoury snacking can become a veritable art of living.
With the help of Francis Riva, renowned baker and pastry chef, and Christian Paccard, passionate cookery teacher, this week promises to be as tasty as it is inspiring. All workshops are free, but places are limited – remember to register at reception!
Monday 24 August
– Flavours of nature
From 9.30am, set off on an adventure with Véronique, our guide, and the chefs for a gourmet walk in the mountains in search of wild mushrooms and berries. A rustic and comforting lunch then awaits you in our mountain chalet ‘La Tapiaz’, a magical place not to be missed.

Tuesday 25 August – First cooking secrets
From 5pm to 7pm, join us in our dedicated area for the first cooking workshop. Accompanied by Francis and Christian, you’ll start preparing the finger food that will be served at lunch on Thursday. It’s a great opportunity to discover professional tips and techniques that you can reproduce at home.

Friday – Rest, relaxation & gourmet memories
After a week rich in emotions and tastes, it’s time to relax. Take advantage of our indoor and outdoor pools, or treat yourself to a relaxing massage in our wellness area. And why not make a diversion to the hotel restaurant to extend the culinary experience?
