Do you want to reconnect your body and mind while enjoying a delicious meal? From 6 to 10 July 2025, the Hôtel Le Crêt in Morzine is offering you a unique culinary week, combining the pleasures of taste and well-being in an exceptional natural setting.
Alongside Christian Paccard, cookery teacher, and Olivier Tissot, doctor of pharmacy and flavourist, immerse yourself in a world combining gastronomy, health and nature. With culinary workshops, lectures and walks in the Alps, this week is an invitation to take care of yourself… while enjoying yourself.
All workshops and lectures are free of charge, but registration is required at reception. Places are limited!
Sunday – Welcome & Presentation
As soon as you arrive, we’ll meet you at 6.30pm for a friendly presentation of the programme and our speakers. It’s a great way to get the week off to a good start.
Monday – Nature, Nutrition & Healthy Food
At 9.30am, set off to discover the flora of the Morzine mountains with our guide Véronique. The walk ends with lunch facing Mont Blanc in our legendary mountain chalet, La Tapiaz.
At 5pm, take a seat in the hotel grounds for a well-being talk by Olivier Tissot: healthy eating, essential oils, antioxidants, healthy cooking methods… A compendium of practical advice to improve your everyday life..

Tuesday
– First culinary workshoop
From 5pm to 7pm, don your apron for the first cooking workshop with our chefs.
Did you know that good health often starts with good food? Accompanied by our experienced chefs, discover the essentials of a cuisine that will bring you health and vitality without sacrificing the pleasure of eating.
Aromatic plants, essential oils, healthy combinations: you’ll learn how to cook easily, with kindness and pleasure, to keep in shape every day.
