Culinary weeks 2023: culinary stay & well-being

The hôtel Club Le Crêt in Morzine is back with the fourth edition of culinary weeks ! We offer 3 beautiful thematic weeks for food and wine enthusiasts in our beautiful landscapes of the Alpine country. You can enjoy culinary activities alongside our chefs and mountain outings to discover the famous local products, stars of local or foreign gastronomy… while of course enjoying a stay in our hotel ! For this first week, we are offering you cooking workshops alongside our speakers: Olivier Tissot doctor of pharmacy, aromathisian and specialist in essential oils, Véronique Fillon, mountain guide and specialist in plants and herbs from the mountain pastures and Christian Paccard cooking teacher ” the chef’s workshop.

Monday 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Nature outing with our speakers in search of wild plants and flowers. Lunch at the “la tapia” chalet.

5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Conference with Olivier Tissot on essential oils, in care, well-being and cooking. The nose has its reasons that the reason would not know… How thanks to the olfaction of fragrance of essential oils can one manage his breathing and thus his emotions. A program in order to be able to regenerate your body and fill up with energy but also to slow down the rhythm of it in order to promote sleep and calm. A focus on cardiac coherence and choosing from the panel of essential oils those that can be autonomous in managing your stress.

These floral, woody, herbaceous but also fruity smells like orange or lemon will guide us in order to know how to slow down the high speed of life and to take advantage of each olfactory and gustatory moment so rich in appeasement.
