We offer 3 beautiful thematic weeks for food and wine enthusiasts in our beautiful landscapes of the Alpine country. You can enjoy culinary activities alongside our chefs and mountain outings to discover the famous local products, stars of local or foreign gastronomy… while of course enjoying a stay in our hotel ! For this second week, discover Italian wines, aniseed aperitifs or whiskeys with character !

Journey to Italie
We invite you at the end of this busy day to join us by the pool to taste a selection of white and red wines of different expression, from Italian regions and various grape varieties. Let yourself be transported beyond the Alps and treat yourself.
Tuesday, July 18:
A few bubbles of pleasure…
But what could I serve on this beautiful evening to my guests at aperitif and meal time ? Cider, sparkling, crémant ?… I get lost. You will taste drinks and wines rich in effervescence and various sensations. You will learn their secrets of elaboration. A surprise will be proposed to you to close this workshop.
Wednesday July 19:
The anise, but without the lollipops…
After your hike of the day, what better way to start your evening than an aniseed aperitif. You will taste a fine selection differentiated by taste, color or composition. You will learn to discover and appreciate them during this outdoor workshop.
Thursday, July 20:
Go on a discovery of whiskies…
Barley, wheat and other cereals are not only used to make bread; Scotland is no longer alone in the extraordinary world of whiskies. Come and join us for a convivial discovery of the world of these grain brandies. You will taste representative samples of their respective families. The mastery of the language of William Wallace is not necessary… Meet at 5:45 p.m. at the chalet near the swimming pool if the weather permits. The workshop is reserved exclusively for adults and lasts approximately 1 hour.
In the event of a program change, the information will be communicated to the hotel reception.
