The hôtel Club Le Crêt in Morzine is back with the fourth edition of Culinary Weeks ! We offer 3 beautiful thematic weeks for food and wine enthusiasts in our beautiful landscapes of the Alpine country. You can enjoy culinary activities alongside our chefs and mountain outings to discover the famous local products, stars of local or foreign gastronomy… while of course enjoying a stay in our hotel ! For this last week, you will follow the culinary adventures of chef Paccard ! After Franche Comté, Champagne, the chef offers you this year a southern adventure to discover the flagship recipes and wines of Provence !

Monday 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Mountain outing with Véronique and lunch at the “Tapia”, the table facing Mont Blanc.
Tuesday 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Cooking and oenological workshop. We will cook around Provençal recipes and taste as an aperitif wines selected by Alain Koenig sommeliers and teacher.
Wednesday 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Continuation and end of the preparations, departure for the “Tapia” where we can taste the recipes developed together and in harmony with a selection of wines from the south. Return to the hotel around 4 p.m.
