After a first week on the theme of summer cuisine, the Club Le Crêt hotel in Morzine invites you to a second culinary week focusing on wine! Come and discover and taste fabulous wines to learn and understand the mysteries behind wine making and flavour. Enjoy a week full of flavours in our hotel for a delicious stay. For this new week of culinary tasting, we’re bringing you wine workshops. Taste, savour and learn over a glass of wine in a friendly atmosphere in our hotel. On this week’s programme:
MONDAY
“Quand je vois la vie en blanc…” tastings of white wines from different regions and grape varieties. Whether these wines are dry, sweet or syrupy, you’ll enjoy discovering them.
TUESDAY
“Red and pleasure” tasting and discovery at aperitif time 5 red wines of different expression, from various grape varieties, selected here and there. You’ll discover the influence of the climate, the soil, the winemaker’s know-how…
WEDNESDAY
“L’apéro Savoyard” tastings of little-known local aperitif drinks, and a tasty selection of regional red and white wines.
THURSDAY
“Rosé, pool or no pool? Light rosé, dark rosé… I get confused. Tasting of 5 rosé wines, rich in sensations, from different grape varieties and different winemaking methods.
