Gastronomic weeks 2021 : Wines and tastings

Let’s go for the third edition of the culinary weeks at the Hotel Club Le Crêt in Morzine! 3 thematic weeks for lovers of cuisine and the beautiful landscapes of the Alpine country. We offer many culinary workshops with our chefs and mountain trips to discover the best of local products, stars of local or foreign gastronomy … while enjoying a stay in our hotel! For the second week, food / wine pairings are in the spotlight.

Monday July 12

How about a red wine as an aperitif?
You will taste in a green setting, at aperitif time 5 expressive red wines
different, various grape varieties, selected here and there. You will find the influence of climate, soil,
know-how of the winegrower… (Languedoc, Roussillon, Côtes du Rhône, Savoie, Burgundy). A
surprise drink will be offered in addition.

Tuesday July 13 

In the land of Cyrano …
You have come back tired of a long hike … Come and join us by the pool to
a well-deserved gourmet break. You will taste some Cognac, Armagnac, but also
tasty surprise cocktails made from these famous brandies.

Wednesday July 14

Along the banks of the Loire …
But what could I serve this evening to my guests to accompany seafood, fish
smoked and other starters. You will taste 5 dry white wines, rich in sensations, made from grape varieties
local. A surprise drink will be offered to you. I invite you to meet us at the water’s edge.

Thursday July 15th

And a small grain of cereal …
Barley, wheat and other grains are not just for making bread or whiskey; gin and vodka are part of it
also from. I invite you at the end of this busy day to come and join us at
by the pool to taste vodkas and gins in their natural state and then enjoy them in the composition
delicious cocktails that are easy to make.
